Hello,am 27 Years Student Not Married Nor Planning For A

Hello,am 27 years student not married nor planning for a baby yet but I have been bleeding for almost 3 weeks and my doctor prescribed M2 tone,secnidazole tablet 1g,Zinnat tablets 500mg & Polyfer forte to stop the bleeding an ultra scan shows nothing is wrong with me. But will all this medication stop my bleeding and not affect me later?
