Hello..from Last One Month I Am Having A White Clumps

Hello..from last one month i am having a white clumps like discharge and itching. In first 2 weeks, the situation was very bad. I was suffering with itching, burning and swelling inside vagina. After using anti fungal cream and medicine, the situation gets better. In third week, i had little pain during urination and i also had to go for urination many times a day. But now..there is only white clumps discharge. I also had brown periods with very less flow this month. I am oral contraceptive pills because i have problem of irregular periods. What it should be? I got this infection after having protected sex.
