Hello..i Am 23 Year Old Vrgin I Never Had Any

Hello..i am 23 year old vrgin i never had any sexual contact with anyone but recently i am having small bumps in inner lips of my vigina.which are now hurting and are itchy they appear to me as viginal warts but how come i develop them as i am a virgin? I have also checked for syphilis and papilus but to my understanding they are warts as they are vivid white in color. Belonging to a conservative background i can not go to a doctor to have it checked please help me with it. What precautions i should be doing and how to overcome this problem please let me know.
