Hello.i Am 26 I Have Had A Lump In My

Hello.i am 26 I have had a lump in my throat for quite some time now only I have noticed that this has started to get larger but only steadily. However this does not hurt of cause any discomfort. I have also had a sore on my lower lip for the past 2weeks that bleeds for the most little knock, it kind of looks like a blood blister. My ears constantly feel like they are under pressure and pop. I also find myself losing my voice a lot and trying to clear my throat. I understand tht most of these symptoms will proberly have not connection but I wanted to mention everything. Just incase. Should I be worried, please give me a honest answer, I would sooner be told as it is, rather than sweetening it up. Many thanks in advance for taking the time to read my question and for your help.
