Hello..i have pimple on lower level of my neck i puncture it and now it become acne..like a hard...i am taking moxclav 625 and applying acnestar gel ...my pus is coming out...but redness and hardness remains...will dis medicine help me...in subside dis acne...or it is a serious matter...
