Hello,i haveo some vitiligo on my genitals,especially testicles and would like to try the NEEM...But wanna ask,can you help me and tell me what would be better for the testicles skin - if the NEEM OIL or NEEM CREAM? (I am afraid if it can hurt my skin).I would like to know what would you recommend me from these 2 choices and also,if coconut oil could help too...Many thanx
