Hello...i Thought What Was On My Toe Was A Corn

Hello...i thought what was on my toe was a corn but today i was using blade to try and remove it after soaking . well i sliced it and put pressure w my hands and was able to release thick blood from it. What is it? when i put shoes over it it squishes down then wn i take them off it rises back up???
