Hello...lately I've Been Experiencing Short Breath After I Walk For

Hello...lately i've been experiencing short breath after i walk for a minute..i have anemia and orthostatic hypotension but i've never felt that bad as i do now..i feel tired even tho i sleep 8 hours..i am thirsty and water doesn't seem to cure my thirst..and now the short breathing even when i chew gum..Could it be that my anemia got worse?
