Hello,my Ggt Is 213 And My Transaminases Are Above Regular.

Hello,my Ggt is 213 and my transaminases are above regular. I've been drinking almost every day for the past, i don't know, one and a half years? I also take a lot of Xanax, and 50mg Seroquel and 30mg Seropram a day for the same amount of time if not more due to diagnosed generalized anxiety with panic attacks and mild depression. I'm gonna have an ultrasound tomorrow - I had a fatty liver a few years back but then it went away without the liver enzymes dropping(last year my GGT was 103) and i was just wondering if this means if this is the start of liver cirrhosis? Oh, I also smoke. I know this combination of alcohol,smoking and medication is an obvious answer as to why my GGt soared but does this mean i have to quit everything, even stop my meds? And should i be worried about cirrhosis? thank you.
