Hello..my Daughter Is On Her Period And Has Thrown Up

Hello..my daughter is on her period and has thrown up several times tonight. Her cramps are typically bad....her mothers were too growing up, and sometimes to the point of vomiting, but not this much that she recalls. We are on vacation and worried that perhaps she ingested something that's causing this. ..but could be the cramps. She is not running a fever and nobody else in the fam is vomiting. Is there any cause for concern that we need to get her medical attention or is this likely from her cramps?
