Hello,my Husband Has Type 2 Diabetes,he Will Not Share With

Hello,my husband has type 2 diabetes,he will not share with me anything about it,he is on high blood pressure meds and Metformin,and takes insulin shots and uses Victozal,he is so mean and insulting.
I am trying to prepare better food meals,he will not let me go to doctor appointments
He also has sticky urine,frequently urinates,has lost a lot of weight
