Hello..my Mother Is 73 At The Age Of 3 She

Hello..my mother is 73 at the age of 3 she was badly burnt and spent a year in hospital. She has burn scars over her entire back from neck to top of thighs. The scar tissue on her waist is opening and is now an infected open wound..again. 3 yrs ago she had a skin graft done on a wound that wouldnt heall on the other side of her waist. This was horrific for her as the after care was simply terrible. Not on the wound but where they took the skin from. I think they dressed it with the wrong bandage and had to tear it off the graft site on her thigh . They held her down and tore it off while she screamed .needless to say there is no way she will have a graft again. What i would like to ask is there a cream or lotion that would help heal this wound ?
