Hellos Doctor, Right Now I' Suffering From My Body With

Hellos Doctor,
Right now I' suffering from my body with Tinea corpuris,my doctor gave me Griseofulvin and after taking for 4 days , my skin is still not showing improvement, in fact it became more severe, should I Still continue to use the medicine, my doctor ask me to take for 30 days
Please advise what other medication should I take instead.
