Hello...so 3 Months Ago I Noticed That My Vagina Smelled

Hello...so 3 months ago I noticed that my vagina smelled like fish and had discharge. It's been a couple of weeks since I haven't had bad odor and the discharge has reduced(normal). I have hormonal problems and I've always been irregular with my periods ever since I had them, I have them twice a year or so. So recently 3 days ago I started having mild burning and itching and I checked myself with a mirror and noticed I have white fish scale looking around the entrance of my vagina. I am very worried that it's HPV or it's just Yeast infection. I've been only with my partner for 3 months and I haven't been with anyone since last year.
