Hello,so I Am Almost Positive I Have A Huge Booger

Hello,so I am almost positive I have a huge booger stuck in the very back of my nose and i don't know what to do because it has been there for the longest time and I can't breath in or out through it so it is hard to breath please help me and give me a idea of what I should do
