Hellow Dr Rynne, I Have Cystic Fibrosis. I Wasn't Diagnosed

Hellow Dr Rynne, I have cystic fibrosis. I wasn't diagnosed correctly;although tested for cf when I was 12 but the results were conflicting. I had a emergency illeostomy when I was told by the er to go home when I had a bowel blockage. They never did a ng tube. I almost died. I am in and out of the hospital more frequently now. Before then I hadn't been in the hospital for 15 years. My question is I have been having pain in my right chest;and my right neck. I had a blood clot in my neck in 2012 when I was in icu recovering from the open wound and illeostomy and it never showed it was completly gone. my internist took me off the bloodthinner anyway.
