Hellow , I"m In Pain Managment Suffered A Severe Accident

Hellow , I"m in pain managment suffered a severe accident i didn"t know their was more brands of methadone on the market im confufsed i<m presribed 2 10 mg tabs 3 times a day desciption 54 142 Roxane. They work ok: but i noticeed 2 months ago i was prescibed asc- 116 they were co 3 operations dmpletley differant. l did not get the sam results i could still feel my neck pain and my lower disc i have multiple pain most of which is below the hips my femur and and spine r well i can"t descibe the pain< but ll is their a differance in the medication? i did bring it up to my doctor and the only answer i got well no she did explain and i didnt really understand what she explained she really went into detail i just want to know is their a differane like i said im in a lot of pain i need 3 operations the first one will be in 6 months, so could u just give me a direct answer is one better than the other the roxane? thankk you kathy.
