Hellow doctor ,my problem z while having sex with my girl I ve injured my penis one n half year back , I ve done ayurvedic treatment but it doesn't help to improve my penis condition , well the problem is whenever my penis get erect I see a lump n jelly like substance inside somebody sujusted me to apply heparin ointment it ll get cure I used one tube on it it was hard lump before after using heparin ointment it got soft the lump I ve no pain n I can evacuate please help me wat can I do mail me ..
