Helo Doctor. It Was 31/2 Years Ago When I Was

Helo doctor. It was 31/2 years ago when I was first attacked by fits. Nobody realised it was this. After these many years I got it yesterday. I was in the market and all of a sudden I collapsed and bit my tongue so hard. I was unconscious for more then 45 minutes. I was hospitalised and I dont remember anything. Why I got this after these many years? Will this happen again.?? Can I take care of myself being in consciousness??
