Help... I Have Noticed A Change In My Cycle. I

Help... I have noticed a change in my cycle. I am usually quite regular and had the mirena coil fitted 2 years ago. Over December I have had 2 periods and since then daily spotting with fresh blood. (very phlem like in consistency) my breasts are rock hard and I feel now how I do pre period. My hormones feel all over the place
