Help Plz! I Have Had 2 Back Surgeries And Also

Help plz! I have had 2 back surgeries and also was getting shots monthly in my neck & spine. My Dr had me on 4 different OPIS. I had an appointment yesterday & just because yes I was a little upset due to My Grandmother passing my Pain Dr said that he would not be giving me anymore meds. Yes I got more upset due the severe pain I am in. As I went to the front desk to leave a nurse stated "Dr O wouldn't write Mrs Rogers anything, I hope she doesn't have a seizer"? No he didn't and not some bad withdraws are going on.. Can a Dr that provides you with not 1 but 4 OPIS just stop them all cold turkey
