Help...hi Am 25 Years Old Female...I've Been Examined For Chest

Help...hi am 25 years old female...I've been examined for Chest PA and the Impression is Suspicious right upper lung infiltrates...and I was suggest for apico-lordotic view...and the result of my chest aprico-lordotic view is, shows thin linear density in the right upper outer lung field and the impression is Right upper lung fibrosis...what does it mean...??
