Here are the findings per spec report, removal .3cm polyp hepatic flexure during colonoscopy.
Throughout most of this biopsy, changes of tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia are present. there is also a small area with a few crypts showing, changes of a hyperplastic polyp. These findings seem to represent a collision of tubular adenoma with a hyperplastic polyp rather than changes of a sessile serrated polyp/adenoma with dysplasia.
