Here Is My Health Issue: Every Year Close To Winter,

Here is my health issue: Every year close to winter, I always suffer a strange coughing that last pretty long weeks and now I'm also having running nose cold, it nosebleed when blowing don't know why? Maybe I blow to hard don't know and that coughing it keeps showing up close to winter year has been such a bother, huh I wonder what is the problem here?
