Hey, 18 Year Old Male Here About 5'6 In Height

Hey, 18 year old male here about 5'6 in height and roughly 120 pound. Out of my own curiousity what would make a sharp pain in the back right side of my head? Almost as if it's pulsating. Feels more intensified when either laughing or coughin comes and goes randomly comes back whenever I cough hard 100% of the time, wondering if this could be some sort of brain problem? Smoking problem?
