Hey, A Two Days Ago I Was Riding A Tube

Hey, A two days ago I was riding a tube that was being pulled by a boat. It was going pretty fast then hit two hard turn and I flew off. Hit my ear first and flipped a few times. A few seconds later I relized my i couldn't hear well with my left and there was some blood. Not a lot just a bit. Two days have past, I cant hear well out of my left ear and there is a loud ringing in my left ear that been going on ever since the incident. Will it heal after a few days or should I go see a doctor? I'm worried
