Hey Doc, I Am Very Bloated And My Stomach Is

Hey Doc, I am very bloated and my stomach is protruding a lot. My left side is more swollen than my right side and its pulsing a bit on that side. I also have not had a bowel movement but white discharge is coming out instead. Any ideas? I am not having any pain, just discomfort and gas and a heavy bloated feeling.
