Hey Doc ... I Recently Tested Positive For Chlamydia And

Hey Doc ... I recently tested positive for Chlamydia and I have been treated and presumably cured as I took my antibiotics waited 14 days (18 now) ... I had sex with 2 girls unprotexted (lets call them B and Y) in the last 4 months...I had a one night stand protected two weeks before that... B is my "current" partner now... The problem is B tested negative for chlamydia . I had been having sex with Y for 3 months and never felt any burning or symptoms! As soon as I started having sex with B I was burning discharge the whole nine but B tested negative. I informed Y and she said she tested negative as well but when I asked for proof via text message she said she couldn't do that. I read online that the incubation period for chlamydia was 1-3 weeks and me and B been havin sex for the last month so I assumed it was her ..But B showed me her whole medical history and she has tested negative EVERY TIME SHE EVER BEEN TESTED DOC.. So after all that I'm here to say... which one of them gave me the clap Doc?? Is it possible I got it from Y and it stayed in my system and ignited around the time I started having sex with B ?
