Hey Doctor, I Just Had Shoulder Surgery About A Week

Hey Doctor, I just had shoulder surgery about a week and half ago and they put a plastic anchor in as well as scraping my bicep. Now, I have a little bump which seems to be getting bigger in my armpit and my armpit is sensitive and painful too. Should I be concerned or is this normal after surgery?
