Hey Doctor, A Couple Days Ago I Popped A Black

Hey Doctor, a couple days ago I popped a black head ( I think) I didn't put too much pressure on it and a white chunky puss came out and then it turned into a skin tag almost after I pulled a hair out of it. I am confused as to what it is,it looked red and almost like a skin tag but a cleat fluid comes out when I push on it. After a couple days it has gone down but it hard around it like maybe something is in there like puss. What is this?
