Hey Dr. - I Fell Down The Stairs Early Sunday

Hey Dr. - I fell down the stairs early Sunday morning. I fell directly on my back / butt - Today the pain is 10x worse. It hurts to sit, walk, move, cough, etc. I've been doing ice and heat to help because I assume it is just badly bruised but I'm worried it might be worse. Not sure what to do.
