Hey Dr. Meyer, I Didn't Get Much Sleep Last Night

Hey Dr. Meyer,
I didn't get much sleep last night (kids!) and my eyes are quite swollen. I going out with some of my girls tonight and I was wondering how long swollen eyes will naturally take to go away, and if I can do anything to help.
