Hey I Am 17 And Have A Hole A Little

Hey I am 17 and have a hole a little bit bigger then the end of a Q-tip above my tail bone in the natal cleft. I have never had a Pilidonal cyst, and never have felt a lump in the area. It dose not burn, itches only when it bleeds for a while and the itching is minor; it has never hurt and I have had it for a little longer than 6 months. It first started about 6 months ago and I did some research on this topic when the problem first arose and found it was common in teenagers. The problem shrunk in size and stopped bleeding for a while unitl today, when the size increased. Like I said earlier it dosnt hurt, itch, etc. but it does bleed a lot, enough to see through shorts and leaks yellow puss. I am very active with Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts that out strain on this area (rolling, kicking, and falling). This is still an embarasing topic for me and havent asked a doctor or showed anyone. I would like to know how I could deal with this and keep it from coming back possibly. Thank you.
