Hey. I Am 21 Years Old And I'm Not Due

Hey. I am 21 years old and I'm not due for my period just yet. Over the last few days I have notice blood on my tissue when I go to wipe after peeing. Sunday evening it as if my period had started. It's been light bleeding since then though. Just today my stomach had started to cramp. What could be the case of it?
