Hey I Am 4 Days Late For My Period I’ve

Hey I am 4 days late for my period I’ve been getting period cramps for a week and a half now but no period. Ive took many pregnancy test and there all negative and a blood test on the 1st and it came back negative. I keep throwing up in my mouth and feeling sick.
