Hey I Am Concerned That I Have A Abnormal Bump

Hey I am concerned that I have a abnormal bump on my head it's toward the back and at the tip of my head I hit it and it feels boney and I'm sure it's maybe my skull it doesn't hurt and I do have anxiety I have had a ekg perfectly fine, blood work was done and everything is fine no other problems I'm just worried and just want to know if I should get a ct scan still even though my docs don't recommend it I just want to make sure it's not a tumor or anything worse please help
