Hey I Am Currently On 40mg Of Prozac. I Ran

Hey I am currently on 40mg of Prozac. I ran out yesterday and started having withdrawal. For the past 2 days I have been taking effexor. Well I felt poorly today after only having the effexor so I started taking 100mg of pristiq. Will that combat Prozac withdrawals? If not what will? Please help.
