Hey I Am Kinda Freaking Out So I Went Hiking

Hey I am kinda freaking out so I went hiking like a week and a half ago and woke up with a heat rash on my back and it spread to the inside of my arms and abdomen but this past week its been getting better but while that was getting better a red itchy bump came up on my left side hip and it became a white head and I popped it and that now hurts but theres these random red itchy bumps that look more like insect bites rather than a pimple kind of thing that that other one came to be. I don't know if this is allergy related or just nothing but I would love to set my mind to ease.
