Hey I Am Trying To Conceive From Last 6 Months

Hey I am trying to conceive from last 6 months ,2 months before I was 10 days late for my periods and was a painful period when I enquir I found out that I was 3 weeks pregnant and it's common for many in first pregnancy ..but later I want to further clear myself and did my fertility test means all the tell to satisfy myself and found out that my lupus anticoagulant test is positive with screen time 58.0 and confirm time 60.0 with clotting method .. Need to know how early I have to know my pragnancy to start my treatment and what kind of treatment done in this case
