Hey, I Am Wondering Why I Still Have A Scar

Hey, I am wondering why I still have a scar and bruising from getting bit by a family dog. It doesn't bother me, but it is annoying and ugly. And the dog did not have anything bad had all shots. What do I do what does this scar mean. Do I have something bad. Thanks and answer soon please. Fretting my heart out.
