Hey I Got My Ear Lobes Pierced About 5 Days

Hey I got my ear lobes pierced about 5 days ago and everything was going fine until later today I noticed that on my left ear on the back looks purple on the side and on the top of my piercing the right ear is fine please help idk what happened I did the salt soaks everyday twice
