Hey, I Got This Problem From A Long Time Around

Hey, I got this problem from a long time around 3 months now it started few days after I had sex. I am getting this small red spots after few days which turns into a small small hole kind of thing and after few days extracts the skin joining other holes and appears as it's cured but cycle goes on with new small red spots please help
