Hey I Had A Baby 6/2/14 And Had My Tube

Hey I had a baby 6/2/14 and had my tube tied the day I come home, will I been having periods but I haven't had one this month. My last period was august 4 2015 but I recently took 2 home pregnancy test and they both come back positive but the line on both on them are very faint but you can still see them. What should I do? Thanks
