Hey, I Had A Canker Sore On The Inner Cheek

I had a canker sore on the inner cheek that went away a week later. About about a month ago, I had another one that also went away 5-7 days later. Last night I noticed my armpits' lymph nodes swollen. Today it's really bad. I can barely move my arms. Also I have mold muscle and joint pains. Could it be HIV ? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
