Hey, I Have A Small Hard Bump Right Below My

Hey, I have a small hard bump right below my right knee. It is about the size of a half dollar. I have had it for a while now. It has no discoloration. It is painless when walking or doing normal activities and only causes pain when running or when pressure is put on it.
