Hey I Have Had Major Back Pain For About 3

I have had major back pain for about 3 months now. It's just in my lower back and goes around to my hips. It's not in my legs or upper back or arms. I do have wire mesh in my stomach from a hernia repair in 2007 and I had a knee reconstruction in 2012. But the ache and on just won't let up. I have tried light exercise, stretching and lots of nurofen. Nothing helps it just gets worse. I had a full blood work done about 1 month ago everything came back normal. Any suggestions ?
