Hey I Have Had The Implanon For Over 4yrs I

Hey I have had the Implanon for over 4yrs I was suppose to have it taken out but no money or no insurance! In have been having unprotected sex I have no signs of morning sickness or none of that just tried in eating alot more in gain alot more weight is it just because my implanting expired or am I pregnant? Help plz! Thanks
