Hey, I' Having A Fart Body Odor Problem And Also

Hey, I' having a fart body odor problem and also a hhalitosis problem.. Not sure if these are related. A couple years ago the smell of my urine began to get worse and also ddeveloped a bad taste in mouth. I have very good hygiene but my girlfriend complains of this problem. I'm not on an medication. I went to ear nose and throat specialist for the halitosis there was a little post nnasal drip but nothing alarming(ccurrently on nasal spray) are these ssymptoms connected? Also there's nothing with my urine after tests
