Hey I Missed My Period For 9 Days Now This

Hey I missed my period for 9 days now this morning when I wiped some dark red blood and a lot of mucus aboud 7 hours ago now nothing I have simptims moody a lot, back pain more than im used to had 5 back opps , my breasts have changed and I feel bumps the size of my fingertips my sense of smell is stronger feel lite headed tested my blood pressure it was normal 121 ower 76 my hart rate 89 I can't get pregnant I have the marena in im craving vis past with milk I even have dreams about it and reslis sleeping bad dreams tiered headaches and im a little sick stuffy nose sore throat and feverish o yes and I have like diarrhea for about a month now please help last time I felt like this I had a cyst in my womb the size of a tennis ball
