Hey I need advice. Basically im 4weeks 6 days pregnant. Last Thursday my hcg levels were at 260 then Tuesday went to 340 then dropped Wednesday to 220 but my sac has formed in the uterus like it should and I haven't had any pain. My doctor won't tell me anything about what it could be.
